So, you’re thinking maybe you should check out therapy and that’s how you landed here on my website. I have a collaborative style of working with people in therapy, so it’s important that we’re a good match. I see adult men and women located in Minnesota via telehealth (Zoom) for individual therapy. It is important to note that I do not perform psychological testing, am not able to prescribe medications, and do not write letters or recommendations for family court proceedings involving child custody/visitation, or to establish that a pet qualifies as an Emotional Support Animal.

Some conditions and situations may be beyond the scope of my practice. In such cases I will make referrals to appropriate providers, although you have no obligation to follow up on these recommendations.
